Punjabi Cultural Field Trip

Students from Abbotsford Traditional Secondary recently took part in a Punjabi cultural field trip to Gobind Sarvar.
More than 30 students from the school’s Punjabi language courses and English Language Learners program attended. Punjabi is offered as part of the school’s Modern Languages program, giving students the opportunity to develop their language skills while learning more about Punjabi culture.
The visit provided students with an opportunity to experience language and culture in a meaningful way while fostering connection, community, and a sense of belonging.
