Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are coming up on October 21 & 22.

Please schedule your appointment time through School Appointments:

Grade 6-8:

Appointments can be scheduled between 12:20-2:20 or between 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesday or 12:20-2:20 on Thursday.

Grade 9-12:

Appointments can be scheduled between 12:20-2:20 on Wednesday and Thursday.

Middle students will meet with both of their POD teachers at the same time.  Only one appointment time is needed.  Additional appointments can be booked with Explos teachers or Learning Support (Mrs. Thathar/Ms. Pockett) if required.

Secondary students will need to schedule a time with each teacher that they want to meet with separately.

Please arrive at the school prior to your appointment time in order to locate the correct classroom.  Appointments are 10 minutes long and tightly booked, if you arrive late to your appointment it may not be possible to accommodate you.

Please respect the privacy of the family whose appointment time is before yours.  Do not interrupt the appointment if it goes a little extra long by knocking or opening the classroom door.  The teachers or a Leadership student will welcome you into their classroom for your appointment time.
